Proudly Providing Home Inspection Services

Excellent and Thorough! Kyle completed the home inspection on a house I just purchased. This is my first experience buying a house and I was most nervous for hidden major issues. Kyle was incredibly thorough and welcomed my presence throughout, explaining the signs he looks for, what repairs would need to be done in a 1, 5, 10-year timeframe, and rough estimates of cost. His attention to detail included things as precise as timing how long it took for hot water to come out of the highest floor faucet all the way to brick pointing and the consistency of the mortar used, where joists had been cut for plumbing, and the strength of the air from vents. He worked previously in home renovations/constructions and then started a business doing home inspections, so he has experience in multiple aspects of the business.

The realtor I am working with (who has been wonderful) mentioned she asked him to do the inspection of her own house. After going through this experience, I understand why she has such trust in him. Would absolutely recommend!!

Fantastic experience Bob Worth was absolutely fantastic for our loft inspection in Philadelphia. He was incredibly personable and made us feel like we were learning from a friend. His inspection was remarkably thorough; he uncovered details we never would have noticed and provided a crystal-clear report the same day. He even went back to the loft for us later in the week to check for water after a big storm! We would definitely recommend using Building Trust Inspections.

Amazing job Kyle did our inspection and I was really impressed by the effort of checking every detail to ensure we have all the data needed to proceed to the next steps. The report received was very detailed and helped us a lot to make a decision. Thanks again. For sure we'll use your services when we plan to buy again.

Roof Inspection I would highly recommend Kyle. He came out to perform a roof inspection and was very knowledgeable. He explained the issues he found on my roof. His report was detailed and easy to understand. He took his time inspecting my roof. I am grateful he pointed out some major issues I need to address.

New Home Inspection Building Trust and Kyle were extremely helpful in inspecting our home. We waived our inspection during the purchasing process, thanks to the crazy housing market. We still wanted to get an inspection done AFTER closing, because it was a relatively old house, and we wanted to get insight into the condition of it. I walked through with Kyle for most of the appointment, and was just amazed at how insightful he was - not only did he provide his professional assessment, he was also able to do so in a manner that someone without a ton of handy/building experience like myself was able to understand. And the final report was very clear and user friendly - would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Home inspection The service I received was very professional and informative. This was my second time using your company and I will definitely recommend your company to anyone needing property inspections.
Thank you

New Home Inspection Bob was the perfect inspector! This was my first time buying a house and my first inspection! He took a ton of time explaining what he was doing and walking me through every detail. It was amazing! His back ground in general contracting allowed him to be very practical and realistic and help to add perspective to what he saw. He used a drone to inspect the roof and showed me what it was seeing in real time! As this was my first time going through an inspection, I was feeling a lot of anxiety! I felt very reassured after going through the house and speaking with him. I hope he's not retired by the time I am looking for my second house because I will definitely use him again.

Duplex Inspection by Kyle Underwood Kyle was very thorough with the inspection and explained everything to me as needed. Would highly recommend.

New Home Inspection Kyle was very approachable and professional. He met us at our future home and walked us through the inspection with him. He allowed us to ask questions and participate in the inspection so we knew exactly what we were getting in our new home. We trusted him to look out for our best interests and advise if he saw anything that we should rectify. If we ever move I would definitely hire Building Trust Inspections again!
