Kyle Underwood is a co-founder of Building Trust Inspections and a certified professional home inspector. Prior to becoming an inspector, Kyle worked in residential construction, which gave him a thorough understanding of roofs, framing, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing systems. He has since put his experience to good use, performing hundreds of quality inspections in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. In fact, at the end of his first year as an inspector, he was named Rookie of the Year! He finds it fulfilling to be able to share his expertise with clients, ensuring that they thoroughly understand the property they’re considering purchasing. When he isn’t inspecting, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and german shepherd at their Montgomery County home.
